1. Definitions

In these terms, the following words carry the meanings shown:

• "Service" means the website, workshops, document organisation toolkit, and support circle programmes offered by Quietacre.
• "User" or "You" means any person who accesses the website or participates in any Quietacre session or programme.
• "We", "Us", "Our" means Quietacre, based at 92 Thanon Chayangkun, Nai Mueang, Mueang Ubon Ratchathani, Ubon Ratchathani 34000, Thailand.
• "Content" means all written materials, templates, session guides, and digital resources provided as part of any Quietacre offering.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing our website or registering for any session or programme, you confirm that you have read and agree to these terms. Our services are available to individuals aged 18 and over who have the legal capacity to enter into an agreement.

3. Nature of Our Services

Quietacre provides general information, educational sessions, organisational tools, and facilitated peer community support relating to retirement transitions. We do not provide financial advice, legal advice, health advice, or any other regulated professional service. Nothing in our sessions, materials, or communications should be construed as professional advice of any kind.

We encourage all participants to seek appropriately qualified professional guidance for matters requiring regulated expertise.

4. Service Availability

Sessions are available to individuals in Thailand and to international residents attending in-person in Ubon Ratchathani. We reserve the right to decline or cancel registrations at our discretion, with any fees paid refunded in full where cancellation is initiated by us.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our service, you agree to:

• Provide accurate contact information when registering
• Treat other participants and facilitators with respect during sessions
• Maintain the confidentiality of information shared by other participants in support circles
• Use the Document Organisation Toolkit for your own personal use only
• Not record, reproduce, or distribute session content without our prior written consent

6. Prohibited Uses

You must not use our website or services to:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious content
• Attempt to access systems or data you are not authorised to access
• Distribute the toolkit or session materials to third parties commercially
• Engage in conduct that disrupts other participants' experience

7. Intellectual Property

All Content — including workshop presentations, toolkit templates, written guides, and website copy — remains the intellectual property of Quietacre. You are granted a limited, personal, non-exclusive licence to use materials you have purchased for your own use. This licence does not permit redistribution, resale, modification for commercial purposes, or any other use outside your personal retirement organisation purposes.

8. Payment Terms

All prices are in Thai Baht (฿) and are displayed inclusive of any applicable taxes. Payment is due in advance of session attendance or toolkit delivery. Accepted payment methods are communicated at the time of booking.

8.1 Refund Policy

• Workshops: Full refund if cancellation is made at least 72 hours before the session date. No refund for cancellations within 72 hours, but you may transfer your place to another scheduled date.
• Document Organisation Toolkit: Once the download link has been delivered, the purchase is non-refundable except in the case of a technical fault that prevents access.
• Support Circles: If you withdraw before attending any session, a full refund is given. Once you have attended the first session, no refund is available for remaining sessions.

9. Disclaimers

Our services are provided on a general informational and community basis. We make no representation that the information provided in workshops is complete, current, or suitable for any individual's specific circumstances. All content is for educational purposes only.

We do not warrant that the website will be available without interruption or error, or that it is free from viruses or other harmful components.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Thai law, Quietacre's total liability to you for any claim arising from use of our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the relevant session or product. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or special damages arising from your use of our services or reliance on any information provided.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify Quietacre against any claim, loss, or cost arising from your breach of these terms or your misuse of any content or service we provide.

12. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to any session or programme if you breach these terms. You may withdraw from any programme at any time, subject to the refund policy above.

13. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of Thailand. Any dispute arising from these terms shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ubon Ratchathani Province. We encourage attempting informal resolution of any concerns before initiating legal proceedings — please contact us at [email protected] in the first instance.

14. General Provisions

• Entire Agreement: These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Quietacre in relation to the services.
• Severability: If any provision is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in full effect.
• Waiver: Our failure to enforce any right does not constitute a waiver of that right.

15. Changes to These Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page will reflect any changes. Continued use of our services following any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
