Common Questions

Straightforward answers to things people often ask before getting in touch.

What exactly happens in a Retirement Information Workshop?
A facilitator walks through general information about how retirement systems are typically structured — pension frameworks, administrative steps, timing considerations. The content is informational only. There is always an open Q&A section, and no regulated advice is given during the session.
Who is the Document Organisation Toolkit for?
It suits anyone who feels overwhelmed by the variety of paperwork that tends to accumulate around retirement planning. You do not need to be technically skilled — the folder templates are designed for general computer use and include plain written instructions.
Are the Community Support Circles confidential?
Participants are asked to keep what others share within the group. The facilitator also operates under a confidentiality agreement. The goal is a setting where people can speak candidly without concern.
Do you provide legal, financial, or health advice?
No. Quietacre offers general education, information, organisational tools, and community support only. For questions that require regulated professional input, we encourage participants to speak with an appropriately qualified practitioner.
How many people attend each session?
Workshop groups are generally kept to eight to twelve people. Support circles are smaller — typically five to eight — to allow for more personal conversation. Contact us to find out about upcoming dates and current availability.
What is the pricing and how do I pay?
Workshops are priced at ฿5,500 per participant. The Document Organisation Toolkit is ฿20,000. Community Support Circle access is ฿34,000. Payment details and scheduling are discussed when you make an enquiry.
